Warranty Information and Registration
Unless otherwise stated in the invoice, we offer a limited 365 day warranty except for computer hard drives which are limited to the lesser of the warranty period stated in the invoice or 365 days. Except for items marked as an AS-IS item, our warranty covers all items, including all internal parts, listed in the invoice. At our sole discretion, we will replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of the defective item. Our warranty is a parts only warranty except for Servers, Workstations, Personal Computers and Laptops. For these items, if at our sole discretion, it is determined that the motherboard itself is the cause of the problem, we will replace the entire system. We will pay for ground shipping (with the carrier of our choice) to and from our central depot for any and all parts covered under our warranty.
Except for the above warranty and unless stated otherwise in the invoice, we are selling all items as used and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Our warranty does not provide on-site service of any kind. Buyer releases seller for any and all damages or losses incurred in the use of the items sold including but not limited to loss of use and loss of data. Seller’s maximum liability in no case shall exceed the purchase price stated in our invoice.
