Can TekBoost custom configure servers and workstations?

Yes. TekBoost can configure many servers and workstations with selected CPUs, memory, storage, RAID, network cards, GPUs, and other components. For custom requirements, use the Request a Quote page or contact sales.

Do you offer volume pricing or business quotes?

TekBoost warranty coverage depends on purchase source and product eligibility.

What warranty is included when buying directly from TekBoost?

Eligible purchases made directly through TekBoost.com or a TekBoost sales representative include a 3 Year TekBoost warranty.

What warranty is included with Amazon, Newegg, eBay, or marketplace orders?

Marketplace purchases generally include a 90 Day TekBoost warranty. This allows TekBoost to keep marketplace pricing competitive while offering enhanced warranty benefits to direct TekBoost customers.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No. Warranty registration is not required. Warranty coverage is verified using your order number, purchase source, order date, product information, and serial number or service tag.

How do I submit a warranty request?

Visit the Warranty page and submit the warranty request form with your order number, purchase source, serial number or service tag, and issue details.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take for TekBoost orders to ship?

Does TekBoost ship internationally?
