Platform specifications

These are platform capabilities and documented options. Match the exact processor, chassis and installed components to the applicable manufacturer document.

Processors Two processor positions. The supplied QuickSpecs include 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable options; use the exact CPU table for configuration limits.
Memory 24 DDR4 DIMM slots, 12 per processor. Listed CPU options have different memory speed and capacity limits; use the installed CPU and population rules.
Storage SFF cages include SAS/SATA and NVMe configurations. The QuickSpecs distinguish bay groups and optional cages; not every bay is wired for every interface.
Controllers Smart Array and other storage options depend on the selected configuration. Confirm controller, cabling, drive interface and operating mode together.
Expansion The documented optional secondary riser requires a second CPU. Check the selected riser and occupied slots before adding adapters.
Power Select the supported power supply and redundancy arrangement for the complete configuration; platform documents are not live stock lists.
